Stuffed turkey breast / kg - unbaked

The stuffing is with minced meat, port and cranberries.
Ideal for the holidays.
Easy to prepare in the oven.
1. Preheat the oven for 10 min at 225 °C.
2. Place the turkey breast in an oven dish and spread a few nuts of butter over it.
3. Bake for 20 min. at 225 °C.
4. Lower the temperature to 180 °C and bake for another ± 1 h, depending on the thickness of the fillet. Prick the meat with a needle; when the exuding liquid is clear, the meat is cooked.
