What do I do with my cooling elements/cooler bags?

If you have more than 25 cooling elements from VITB or 6 cooling bags from VITB, you can return them.

What do you have to do?

Write your name, address, phone number and e-mail address on a piece of paper and put it in the box. Also note on this the number of cooling elements/cooler bags.

Bring the box inside a postal point and send us an email (bestellingen@vlees-in-the-box.be) with the code you received at the postal point.

This allows us to track your package. In this mail you also mention how many VITB cooling elements/cooling bags you sent.

We track your package and check the contents when it reaches us.

Only per multiple of 20 cooling elements we can offer a discount code for 1 kg minced meat/ or per 5 cooling bags a discount code for 1 kg sausage with your next order.

Please note that only original Meat-in-the-Box cooling elements/cooling bags will be accepted. If there are fewer, it is not possible to provide you with this code.
