Quick recipe: minced meat casserole

Minced meat pan (serves 4)
Ingredients: 400g minced meat, 1 zucchini, 8 potatoes, 1 bell pepper, 2 tsp curry powder, 2 tsp paprika powder, 4 tbsp yogurt, salt and pepper
1 Cook the potatoes until tender in 15 to 18 minutes.
2 Cut the bell pepper and zucchini into pieces.
3 Pour a dash of olive oil into a pan and fry the ground beef until crumbly (stirring and crushing).
4 Remove the ground beef from the pan.
5 Add a little olive oil to the pan and then fry the bell pepper and zucchini.
6 Add the curry powder and paprika powder and fry together.
7 After 3 to 4 minutes, add the pieces of cooked potato and fry for another 3 to 4 minutes.
8 Then add the fried minced meat, salt, and pepper.
9 Finally, add the yogurt and mix everything well.
